to give you an example of how to make friends in seoul:

step one: be lost in homeplus and not know where a cash register (korean walmart)

step two: see person who you are positive speaks english

step three: ask person about cash register. subsequently end up in 10 minute conversation about drunk festivities in seoul.

step four: person takes facebook account.

step five: make plans to get drunk with person you met for five minutes in homeplus on a friday night.
